We are seeking an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to drive the sales of our Smart Reusable Notebooks in designated regions. The role requires direct interaction with potential customers, promoting product awareness, generating leads, and closing sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C customers (schools, colleges, corporates, retailers, and individuals).
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and sustainability impact to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through field visits and customer meetings.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in field sales or direct selling (preferably in stationery, consumer goods, or related industries).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation
