**About**
- Wholesale Banking Products (Tarde & SCF) unit is responsible for driving and facilitating growth in various corporate products viz. Traditional Trade finance, Supply chain finance, Guarantee, digitization & Risk Distribution. It also focuses on business analytics, portfolio management and strategic initiatives alongside coverage segments for expanding trade in ETB/NTB base.

**About the Role**
- This role requires introducing & commercializing structured trade finance solution to meet the bespoke requirements of the clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drive revenue and asset initiatives for Structured trade finance centrally to ensure that revenue and return targets are achieved.
- Identify and mitigate the operational, credit, regulatory risks relating to structured trade finance Products.
- Interacting with internal stakeholders -Coverage RM, Trade Sales, Compliance, Legal etc. for structuring bespoke solution.
- Directly responsible for understanding customer needs through feedback from Coverage/Sales team and developing client value propositions.

**Qualifications**
- MBA from a recognized institute with relevant 10-12 years of experience, preferably in Trade Finance / coverage/ structured trade finance/ credit.

**Role Proficiencies**:

- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and current affairs
- Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight
