About Wholesale Banking Products

Wholesale Banking Products (Tarde & SCF) unit is responsible for driving and facilitating growth in various corporate products

viz. Traditional Trade finance, Supply chain finance, Guarantee, digitization & Risk Distribution. It also focuses on business

analytics, portfolio management and strategic initiatives alongside coverage segments for expanding trade in ETB/NTB base.

About the Role

This is a role with recently established Structured Trade Finance team which aims to expand the suite of trade finance

products. The role holder would be an early team member and be actively involved in all aspects of launching new products,

managing disbursements, and post-sanction activities. He/ she would guide the colleagues in sales, and credit on the product

nuances, and resolve operational issues associated with the STF product suite.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive revenue and asset initiatives for Structured Trade Finance centrally to ensure that revenue and return targets are

achieved.

2. Exposure to BTB/ FTB structures, Warehouse Finance Structures, Export Receivables Factoring, and Pre-export Finance

structures

3. Understanding of the Global Commodity market ecosystem

4. Identify and mitigate the operational, credit, regulatory risks relating to structured trade finance Products.

5. Interacting with internal stakeholders -Coverage RM, Trade Sales, Compliance, Legal etc. for structuring bespoke solution.

**Qualifications**:

- 10-15 years of experience, preferably Commodity Trade Finance.
- Graduation level legal degree will be an added advantage

Role Proficiencies:

- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and current affairs
- Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight.
