**Branch Operations - Branch Service Manager**

**Purpose of the Job**

Driving branch operations and retention activities in the region

**Key Responsibilities**
- Adherence to TAT- Customs service, new business, ARF.
- Accuracy and consistency in KPIs. - Customer service, new business, ARF.
- Customer retention (Surrender retention).
- Audit scores - Branch Audit, BCMS and BPMS
- Lead generation for new business.
- Renewals, 13th Month Persistency.
- ECS and Bank account collection.

**Behavioural Competencies**:

- An eye for details
- Good co-ordination skills

**Role Specific**
- Driving Retentionactivity in the region, drive team to achieve the set targets.
- Work with branch operations team to achieve set KPIs.
- Co-ordination with all departments.
- Sales support in terms of leads generation, retention, NB and ARF related work.
- Training of CCE
- MS Excel, MS Power point, Life Asia
- Proficient in communication - oral and wriften

**Qualification**:
**Experience**:
Any Graduate

5+ years of experience in Industry with at least 3-4 years at Asst Mgr. level. Preferred Experience in branch operations, central operations, risk, and claims.

**Reporting to**

Zonal Operations Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,292.75 - ₹65,378.86 per month
