Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, Agency in the Life Insurance domain, located in Chandigarh. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, manage and develop a team of agents, and ensure that sales and business targets are met. This role will require implementing business strategies, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and monitoring customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager will also analyze market trends and guide the team on effective sales techniques.

  • Understanding of life insurance processes and regulatory requirements

  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in a similar managerial role in the insurance or financial services sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; higher qualifications or certifications in insurance are an advantage
