Focus mainly to improve the operation of Branch LUDHIANA

Direct the activities of staff of Branch office in relation to transportation operations including loading, unloading dispatching, and tracking transportation vehicles on time & without mistake. To manage proper storage, preservation & dispatch of materials as per schedule given by the customer on F.I.F.O. basis. To develop and implement Cost reduction & improvement in the systems of the branch.

To coordinate the team to provide service to customers to their satisfaction & as per contract signed with them. Work jointly & effectively for it. To get feedback from customers regarding any deficiencies in our services & then investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints without any delay.

To ensure that staff complies with all company norms, rules and regulations. Strictly compliance of SOP.

Experience in Logistic / Transportation field: Minimum 5 years.

SHOULD BE WELL VERSED WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE AND EMAIL DRAFTING.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
