Roles and ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Acquisition:
- **Identify potential partners, including resellers and VARs, within the education sector.**
- **Conduct market research to identify competitive landscapes and target regions.**
- **Develop a strategic acquisition and expansion plan.**
- **Create documentation for acquisition processes to ensure consistency.**
Partner Recruitment and Onboarding:
- **Initiate contact with potential partners and establish relationships.**
- **Communicate value propositions, emphasizing the benefits of partnership.**
- **Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for product and process familiarization.**
- **Document onboarding workflows and maintain records for smooth transitions.**
Partner Enablement and Training:
- **Collaborate with teams to create training materials, collateral, and resources.**
- **Provide ongoing product training to enhance partner knowledge and sales skills.**
- **Organize workshops and webinars on sales techniques and market trends.**
- **Develop and update training documentation for partner enablement.**
Performance Monitoring and Support:
- **Set performance targets for partners and track their progress.**
- **Offer continuous support to resolve issues and optimize partner potential.**
- **Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for improvement.**
- **Maintain detailed records of performance metrics and support activities.**
Channel Marketing and Promotion:
- **Work with marketing to develop channel-specific campaigns and incentive programs.**
- **Collaborate on joint marketing initiatives to leverage partner networks.**
- **Document marketing processes and partner contributions for alignment.**
Reporting and Analysis:
- **Complete all documentation regarding partner sign-ups and policy adherence.**
- **Generate regular reports on partner performance, sales data, and trends.**
- **Use data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies and boost channel effectiveness.**
- **Maintain thorough records of visits, communications, and after-sales relations.**
- **Ensure MIS and report maintenance for profiling and target-oriented work.**
1. **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.**
2. **8+ years in B2B, channel partner acquisition, and management** within software or education sectors.
3. **Strong expertise in backend operations** with the ability to design and implement new process workflows.
4. **Proven skills in documentation** to create clear, scalable partner management and internal processes.
5. **Experience developing backend systems** to support sales and channel distribution.
6. **Excellent communication and negotiation skills** for productive partner relationships and effective documentation.
7. **Collaborative approach** with cross-functional teams to align backend processes.
9. **Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills** for maintaining comprehensive partner and process records.
10. **Familiarity with school management software or EdTech** is a plus, especially for backend alignment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
