**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
- Any additional certifications or courses in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or BPO is a bonus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
