Internal Job Responsibilities Champion quality assurance initiatives for outsourced manufacturing processes ensuring alignment with CEAT s high standards and customer expectations Drive continuous improvement in the tube manufacturing process focusing on enhancing stability capability efficiency and reduce defect and claim Play a key role in implementing and managing digitalization initiatives within the Quality Assurance department leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance data-driven decision making Collaborate closely with the team at Amrit Rubber presumably a manufacturing site or partner to improve QSA scores and drive a culture of quality excellence Actively contribute to reducing technical claims by conducting root cause analysis implementing corrective actions and fostering a proactive approach to quality management Lead and participate in Quality Improvement Projects QIPs aimed at achieving consistent product quality through optimized and standardized processes Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on quality goals Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering Mechanical Production Polymer preferred Tube manufacturing experience is Must Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry with a focus on extrusion processes and outsourced operations Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools including statistical process control root cause analysis and corrective preventive actions Experience with digitalization initiatives in a quality assurance context is highly desirable Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement Competencies Working with Ambiguity Driving Continuous Improvement Managing Resources Critical Thinking Communicating Effectively Adapting to Change Solving Complex Problems
