**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- BPO/ Customer care representative will manage inbound and outbound chat.
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus.
- Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers.
- Excellent English communication/written skills along with active listening and typing skills.
- Must be willing to work in rotational night shift.

**Qualifications: -**Graduate (any degree)/Minimum 12th Pass

**Job type - **Full time

**Shift: - **Rotational

**Age** - Upto 30 yrs. only

**Requirements - **Average to fluent communication skills in English

**Salary-** 14000 - 15000 in hand
