**Job Summary**:
IT Procurement Administrator: a contributor to the operational excellence and effectiveness of Altair’s Corporate Procurement Team.

**What You Will Do**:
**Main duties**
- Focus on IT related requests
- Provide support in the Purchase Requisition creation and the issuance of Purchase Orders for indirect purchases
- Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers and internal customers
- Provide assistance to the Procurement management team
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for regional and global supplier audits
- Manage suppliers’ data in Altair’s ERP system
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to procurement procedures, process, and guidelines
- Create and assist with team presentations
- Collect and organize data
- Provide reporting and data analysis
- Oversee administrative aspects of team meetings
- Coordination of stakeholders/steering committee for team meetings
- Create tactical project timelines
