**Job Title**: International Voice Process - Vistara Airline

**Work Days**: 5 Days Working + 2 additional offs:

- **20 days a month**

**CTC**: Up to ₹30,000 + High Incentives + Performance Bonuses

**Experience**: Freshers Welcome

**Education**: Undergraduate / Graduate

**Location**: Sector 17, Gurgaon

**Language Requirement**: Absolute Fluency in English (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally for international passengers.
- Assist customers with **flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and upgrades**.
- Resolve queries related to **baggage, check-in, refunds, and flight status** efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Provide **first-call resolution** and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards as per airline protocols.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required.
- Promote airline services, deals, and loyalty programs during customer interactions.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection guidelines.

**Required Skills**:

- **Excellent spoken English** with a neutral accent (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts**, including night shifts.
