**Role 1: Intern, AP Operation**

**Key Responsibility**
- Attain a complete understanding of the full Accounts Payables cycle - across Vendor set-up, invoice processing, payment etc.
- Generate accurate and timely Purchase Orders based on requests and approvals from relevant departments.
- Manage expense and purchase order accounts, coordinate with multiple teams under the P2P Cycle to process payments, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation and identify and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate accounting and proper expense allocation; Provide timely responses to vendor and internal marketing business partner inquiries.
- Track and report on purchase order status, helping to identify any delays or issues in the procurement process.
- Generate and review regular reports on purchase orders, vendor performance, and procurement spend.

**Role 2: Intern, LMN Billing**

**Key Responsibility**
- Manage the entire LMN cycle, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment.
- Involve verifying invoices, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining detailed records.
- Manage expense and purchase order accounts.
- Process and scan vendor invoices and check requests.
- Managing relationships with internal/external business partners; Provide timely responses to vendor and internal marketing business partner inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate billing operations, accurate account coding and proper expense allocation.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Communicate program performance and drive action (campaign/pillar).
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Possess strong Microsoft Excel and Suite skills, maintaining autonomy in work while being methodical, organized, and meticulous in task execution.

**Role 3: Intern, Audience Billing**

**Key Responsibility**
- Main responsibility is to track and report audience spend across channels and platforms to drive transparency, consolidation, and efficiency in Audience expense on Epsilon.
- Work with Media teams and MarTech and capture the key KPIs of performance to help track the billing and measurement of audience KPIs to help understand the audience spend across platforms.
- Monitor and analyze audience spend across different channels and platforms.
- Support the Marketing governance process for audience spend tracking and reporting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of processes to improve efficiency and reducing costing of audiences while improving efficiency across channels.

**Role 4: Intern, Creative Production**

**Key Responsibility**
- Main responsibilities of this role involve accurately transcribing audio recordings, understanding client needs, and developing clear and concise creative briefs to guide the creative team.
- Collaborate with account management teams to align creative direction with business objectives.
- Work closely with creative teams to ensure accurate execution of creative briefs.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future strategies.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into insights that power creative solutions.
- Build campaign creative outlines by effectively correlating client information and Lowe's marketing strategy.
- Understand campaign results and business results to suggest changes to the creative output.
