**About Lowe's**:
**Role 1: Intern, Vendor Performance**

**Key Responsibility**
- The primary responsibility of this role is to manage vendor chargeback processes, resolve inquiries, and develop actionable insights that drive efficiency and optimize vendor relationships.
- Responsible for monitoring and enhancing vendor performance by leveraging data-driven insights and implementing strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Merchandising, and accounting teams to resolve vendor issues.
- Partner with key stakeholders across Merchandising, Supply Chain Planning and Replenishment teams, highlighting vendor performance and opportunities for improvement with data and metrics. (i.e. Product Line Reviews)
- Prepares management-level reports and handles a category to improve OTIF performance.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives, and recommendations and help to manage end-to-end implementation.
- Assist in vendor management training materials to facilitate sessions as and when needed.
- Coordinate, minute, and document monthly vendor performance feedback.
- Must possess a strong understanding of supply chain operations, analytical skills, and the ability to provide practical solutions to meet business goals.
- Excellent Communication and articulation skills

**Years of Experience**:

- 2+ years of prior experience within Retail industry & reporting domain

**Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.

**Role 2: Intern, Enterprise Issue and Support**

**Key Responsibility**
- The Primary responsibility is to proactively monitor item sellable status and item health across multiple channels such as inventory, availability, out-of-stock, PO issues, cost/retail support, and channel support.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of item information across all systems and channels.
- Assist with troubleshooting & perform root cause analysis on items dropping of site.
- Assist in merchant-facing activities with new product launches, ensuring seamless integration and execution across all teams.
- Execute Item Lifecycle process and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Supports in the execution of efforts to put new processes in place to enhance Lowe’s ability to maintain the library and overall health of items.
- Responsible for understanding the merchandising process and causes/reasons for item status changes as well as other actions taken against items related to pricing/markdowns, promotions, inventory availability, and fulfilment.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and global stakeholders to manage item lifecycle activities and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with inventory, merchandising, and supply chain teams to resolve item-related concerns and support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve item performance and operational processes.
- Ability to learn new skills as per the job requirement, adapt to the changes and provide innovative solutions to the requirements received.

**Role 3: Intern, Supply Chain**

**Key Responsibility**
- Primary responsibility will be to determine the most efficient and optimal flow of product from supplier to store and customer while balancing service and cost.
- Conducts central channel analysis using the appropriate optimization tool and model to review alternatives and trade-offs within business and strategy guardrails.
- Extracting data, reporting and analysis to generate business insights.
- Provides technical expertise for supply chain modelling tools and works closely with IT and Data Analytics team to convert legacy tools.
- Develop a deep understanding of supply chain analytics and optimization concepts.
- Assists with the development of content to support decision-making, including the supporting modelling results, alternatives considered, timelines and financial impacts/requirements.
- Support process efficiency improvements by identifying & implementing automation opportunities.

**Role 4: Intern, Assortment Planning**

**Key Responsibility**
- Responsible for analyzing transaction, customer, and product data to identify business challenges and develop actionable solutions using SQL and Power BI.
- Build and validate recommendations using advanced data analysis t
