**Job Summary**
The Intern will support one or more functions within the Customer and Marketing Analytics vertical, including Loyalty & Campaign Measurement, Media Measurement, Customer Insights, and Product - Measurement & UAT. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and analytical skills to deliver actionable insights that drive business impact.

This individual will be responsible for working on structured analytical problems, delivering high-quality insights, and effectively collaborating with senior team members and key stakeholders to drive data-driven marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide analytical support to assigned customer and marketing functions.
- Translate business problems into structured analytical tasks, ensuring clear project plans, scope, and timelines.
- Deliver high-quality actionable insights and recommendations in a timely manner, driving strategic decision-making.
- Summarize analytical findings into clear, compelling themes for business leaders, ensuring insights are actionable.
- Leverage disparate data sources (internal and external) and strong domain expertise to extract meaningful insights.
- Ensure the appropriate measurement frameworks are in place to assess the impact of analytics initiatives.
- Partner with internal development teams to test, deploy, and optimize tracking solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, balancing quick turnaround requests while maintaining analytical rigor.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, GCP, Looker or other analytical tools.
- Experience working with large datasets, data visualization, and data analytics.
- Should have good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Ability to manage priorities with tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
