**Job Description
- Inside Sales Executive/Sr. Executive**

Probe patients during a telephonic conversation in order to understand their needs. Provide a Digital Therapeutics solution to them with a consultative approach and convert the leads.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Tele Sales executives should dial at least 120 calls a day with a minimum of 200 mins of talk time.
- Initiate telephonic conversation to understand patient’s requirements, assess the same, and sell a relevant Digital Therapeutics solution to the leads provided to them from various online and offline channels like Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, Lab, Doctors, etc **(No Cold Calling)**:

- Updating the CRM/Dashboard with the relevant information obtained from the call.
- Following up with the prospects as per their requested time and closing the sales within the sales cycle
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven competitive environment.

**Soft Skills**:

- Exceptional communicator and influencer who can deliver sales pitches in a consultative manner
- Be confident and show empathy and sympathy wherever required on the call.
- Should have good listening skills

**Eligibility**:

- Telesales experience of 18 months or more (at one organization)
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Multiple Languages will be an add-on benefit.
- Monday to Saturday Working and Sunday fixed off

**Salary**: Up to ₹42,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Thane - 400705, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
