**Job Summary**

Promotes, develops, and oversees compliance of the company quality system. Effectively assuring compliance of customer requirements by managing quality policies, standards, procedures, programs and practices while driving and facilitating continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control and Final Quality Assurance of the Solar Photovoltaic Modules.
- Complete Accountability & Inspection of Visual, Electrical and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel.
- Handling the Customer Complaint department by providing support to the customers, Root cause analysis and taking corrective and preventive action on it.
- Product and process audit to ensure the stability of process and quality of product at each stage of Solar Photovoltaic modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance.
- Accomplished in enhancing production processes, optimizing resources & capacity utilization; Escalating productivity & operational efficiencies with cost reduction & Quality improvement.
- Design & Development of Solar PV Modules as per customer requirements.
- Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; updating quality assurance procedures.
- Effectively interacts with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products.
- Manages and maintains the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
- Sets Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved.
- Assesses the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.
- Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
- Maintains operations data and prepares productivity/quality reports for management.
- Directs and coordinates the activities of team engaged in quality functions - including inspection, analysis and training.
- Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out inspection, Customer audits & third party inspection.
- MIS Preparation and ISO Documentation to prepare the Various Quality Reports and maintain the activity of Document Control as per the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
- Improvement in production process to reduce rework, rejections.
- Planning for manufacturing process audit and product audit. Review and closure of Non-conformance report.
- To ensure that final product meet with both external and internal requirements.
- Implementation of Various Quality Standard tools.
- Communicates with employees and/or management to address employee suggestions or problems.
- Makes final determinations or dispositions related to non-conforming materials.
- Man power management with proper utilization to get maximum efficient output.
- Implements measures to improve inspection methods, equipment/tool performance, product quality, efficiency.
