We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence, reaching a wider audience, and establishing valuable partnerships with magazines, influencers, and designers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Partnership Building**: Identify and establish collaborations with magazines, design influencers, bloggers, and industry designers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- **Marketing Campaigns**: Assist in developing and executing creative marketing campaigns to promote our 100% recycled plastic furniture and home décor products. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- **Content Creation**: Work closely with the content team to develop marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional videos. Ensure that all content reflects our brand identity and messaging.
- **Online Presence**: Manage and update our social media platforms, keeping them engaging and up-to-date. Monitor online conversations and engagement related to our products and respond appropriately.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine our marketing strategies and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- **Event Participation**: Assist in planning and coordinating participation in relevant industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions. Represent the company professionally and engage with potential partners and customers.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, partnerships, and social media efforts. Prepare regular reports to track key metrics and make data-driven recommendations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
