**Job Summary**: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services, drive brand awareness, and attract potential customers. Your creativity, analytical skills, and understanding of various marketing channels will be crucial in contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, consumer trends, and competitors' activities, using data to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, posting regular updates, responding to inquiries, and monitoring user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and materials that align with the brand identity.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives when required.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance marketing efforts.
- Track marketing budgets and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Support sales teams by providing them with marketing materials, data insights, and other relevant resources.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
