**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and writing high-quality content like social media posts, Video scripts, website content, etc
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, posting schedules, and community engagement
- Creating and executing a content calendar for clients
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and timelines
- Collaborating with other teams like designers and developers to align content with the company’s brand
- Reviewing, editing and proofreading content
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of social media marketing
- Develop content strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Act as the point of contact between the agency and clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather Social media Content details and specific requirements..
- **Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in client servicing and familiarity with agency processes and standards.**
