**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Google Ads Scaling Expert** who specializes in taking high-performing campaigns and scaling them to the next level. If you’re a growth hacker at heart, obsessed with ROAS, and skilled at scaling ad spends while maintaining profitability, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to push boundaries, break records, and deliver exponential revenue growth for our clients or brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scale profitable Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Strategically increase ad spends while maintaining or improving ROAS and CPA
- Analyze data to identify scalable segments, ad groups, and creatives
- Test, optimize, and iterate campaigns at scale using automated rules and manual insights
- Leverage AI, scripts, and automation tools to manage high-budget campaigns efficiently
- Run advanced A/B tests on creatives, bids, and landing pages
- Create dynamic, performance-driven ad structures tailored for growth
- Coordinate with product, sales, and CRO teams to ensure aligned funnel scaling
- Deliver regular reports and forecasts with clear growth plans

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in scaling Google Ads accounts (₹5L+ or $10K+ monthly spends)
- Strong understanding of data-driven campaign optimization, audience segmentation & bidding strategies
- Google Ads Certified with advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and attribution modeling
- Deep knowledge of ad funnel strategy, CAC management, and lifetime value targeting
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills

**Preferred Skills**:

- Hands-on experience with Performance Max, Shopping & YouTube campaigns
- Familiarity with multi-channel scaling across Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn Ads
- Ability to work with large data sets in Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or BigQuery
- Knowledge of automation tools like Optmyzr, Adalysis, or in-house scripts
