**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a confident and sales-driven **Calling Expert** to promote both website and Google Ads services. This is a voice-based role involving outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and converting interest into business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend website or Google Ads solutions.
- Explain services clearly and handle common objections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and onboarding.
- Maintain CRM with accurate lead status, call notes, and follow-ups.
- Meet monthly targets for outreach, conversion, and sales.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in voice-based sales or telecalling, preferably in IT or digital services.
- Strong verbal communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to explain both website and ad solutions confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads or website services is preferred.
