We specialize in automating backend customer support (CS) and operational workflows while also managing end-to-end CS operations for our clients. We are looking for a passionate operations intern to assist us in streamlining our efforts to cater for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their final year of a Business Administration or related degree, who has taken courses in business management, to gain hands-on experience and explore the start-up space and work with leading brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of backend processes.
- Maintain and update operational data, reports, and performance metrics in relevant systems.
- Work closely with teams across departments, including internal and external, to ensure operational alignment.
- Assist in creating SOPs, process documents, and training materials for operational workflows.
- Support the operations team in executing special projects and new initiatives as required.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning trends and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and clients.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Understanding of customer support and operational workflows is a plus.
- Willingness to work from the office in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, on a hybrid model.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
