**Job Title**: International Operations Executive

**Location**: Malad East, Mumbai

**Job Summary**: As an International Operations Executive, you will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing logistics processes for international shipments. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, resolving logístical issues, and ensuring that our international operations run seamlessly. This role requires collaboration with internal teams and acts as the primary contact for international logistics partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with international courier service providers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services.
- **Channel Partnership**: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with various logistics channels. Work with the customer service manager to ensure high-quality customer service.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve issues that arise during the logistics process to ensure smooth operations.
- **Vendor Relations**: Maintain and enhance relationships with vendors to ensure high service standards and address any concerns.
- **Quality Check**: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
- **Escalation Management**: Handle escalations and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective coordination for international operations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to shipping, vendor agreements, service performance metrics, and international operational processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Effective decision-making skills to handle operational challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with vendors and partners.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for vendor visits and operational needs.
