We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Intern to join our team and work directly under the Operations Manager, gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end operational processes. In this role, you will support daily workflow coordination, process documentation, and data-driven improvements across multiple client accounts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Operations Manager in day-to-day process management and client coordination.
- Help maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Collect, analyze, and present operational data (e.g., daily call logs, ticket volumes, SLA metrics).
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, including the development of dashboards and automation scripts.
- Participate in quality audits and escalate issues as directed.
- Stay updated on the latest AI and machine learning trends and technologies.

**Learning Opportunities**:

- Direct mentorship from the Operations Manager on strategic planning and decision-making
- Exposure to managing multiple D2C client accounts and varied operational challenges
- Hands-on experience with workflow tools (Slack workflows, Google Sheets automations, reporting dashboards)
- Training in process documentation, quality assurance, and client-facing communications

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and clients.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
- Willingness to work from the office in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai, on a hybrid model.
