**Position Overview**:
Studio 11 Productions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our operations and production teams to support the day-to-day functioning of our studio. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in the fashion industry, as well as insight into the operations and logistics behind the scenes of a production company.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Assist with Studio Operations**:Provide general administrative support to the operations team.
Help maintain a clean and organized studio space.
Assist in tracking and managing inventory and studio supplies.

**Production Support**:Collaborate with the production team to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
Assist with the coordination of shoots, including scheduling, equipment setup, and breakdown.

**Logistics and Scheduling**:Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments for the operations team.
Help manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records and documentation related to studio operations.
Assist in data entry and organization of important files and documents.

**Vendor and Client Communication**:Communicate with vendors and clients as directed by the operations team.
Assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments.

**Other Tasks**:Participate in special projects and tasks as assigned by the operations director
Act as a liaison between various departments within the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in a college or university program, preferably in business, fashion, media, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the fashion and media industry and a desire to learn about studio operations.

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
