**Designation - Trainer - Soft skill**

**CTC - Rs. 3.00 LPA**

**Location - Coimbatore**

**Experience - 1 year plus**

**Qualification - Graduate**

1) Helping Students build competency through training.

2) Will be responsible for,

a) Training the aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office all modules will be readily available).

b) Post placement counselling of aspirants.

c) Support the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants.

d) Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.

e) Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module / Sensitize employers towards employing PwDs.

f) Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.

g) Handling the day to day activities of the center.
- Good communication skills.
