**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on aptitude topics such as quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Facilitate soft skills training, including Spoken English, communication, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Design and develop engaging course material and assessments to meet diverse learning needs.
- Provide personalised feedback and support to trainees to ensure their continuous improvement.
- Monitor trainee progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum **1** year of experience in aptitude and soft skills training.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Good to have a certificate like BEC

**Requirements**:

- Proven **experience** in aptitude and soft skills training.
- Must have own laptop.

Pay up to ₹ 20,000 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
