THE ROLE

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions for college students. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing students' communication, personality, reasoning, and problem-solving skills—helping them excel in placements, interviews, and real-world work environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver high-impact sessions on:

  • Soft Skills: Communication, Presentation, Teamwork, Leadership, Professional Etiquette, Confidence Building.

  • Aptitude Skills: Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, Data Interpretation

  • Conduct resume-building and interview-preparation workshops.

  • Design interactive, activity-based training modules tailored to student needs.
  • Assess students' performance through tests, group discussions, and mock interviews.
  • Collaborate with placement teams to align training with industry and campus recruitment requirements.
  • Motivate students and track their progress towards career readiness.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in English, HR, Psychology, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Soft Skills and/or Aptitude Trainer.
  • Certifications in Training/Soft Skills/Behavioural Training/Aptitude Coaching will be an added advantage.
  • Strong command over English communication and excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify aptitude concepts and make sessions engaging.
  • Familiarity with campus recruitment processes (written tests, GDs, interviews).
  • Flexibility to conduct training at multiple college campuses.
