Soft Skills Trainer

Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver soft skills training programs including communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, customer service, and workplace etiquette.
- Research latest trends in corporate training and integrate them into learning modules.
- Develop customized training content, workshops, and activities tailored to employee needs.
- Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions, role plays, and simulations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments and feedback forms.
- Collaborate with managers and HR to identify training needs and implement solutions.
- Track training attendance, performance metrics, and prepare training reports.
- Motivate, engage, and inspire employees through interactive training methods.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 46 years of experience in soft skills or communication training (corporate / education sector).
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in developing and delivering customized training content.
- Exposure to intercultural communication (US clients preferred).
- Ability to engage large groups and handle diverse trainee backgrounds.
