We have a current opening for the below position:

- Personal Assistant to Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact for the director.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage director’s calendars and schedule of meetings.
- Taking notes and recording minutes during meetings.
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.
- Handling and Maintaining documents, records, files, database, personal documents etc.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements and skills**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferable commerce and pharma background
