**Job Description
- Sr. Sales Officer (Field)**

**Sr. Sales Officer responsibilities include**:

- Visiting the market randomly or on scheduled meetings.
- Calling and taking follow up properly with the channels or clients in the assigned area.
- Maintaining good relationship with all the channels and DSA’s to bring the business.
- Work in a competitive environment while having zeal to earn incentives.
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information properly.
- Doing analysis for business opportunities and improvement and bringing the results of corrective measures by implementing constructive practices for business enhancement.
- Understand and complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
- Update job knowledge on types of loans and other financial services.
- Maintain and update account records.
- Assess customer needs, explore all options and introduce different types of loans.
- Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish given targets.
- Go the “extra mile” to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.
- Οperate in compliance with laws and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines.

**Requirements and skills**
- Owned bike is must with all vehicle and personal permissions and documents to drive in Delhi NCR.
- 2 years work experience dealing with clients/Customers/ Channels in market.
- People worked in FMCG, Real estate, Finance, Insurance, Banking and Ecommerce are preferred.
- People worked in Channel /Distributor/Merchant/DSA/Partner/Shopkeeper/Seller onboarding/acquisition are also preferred.
- Solid understanding of direct/indirect sales, reporting, DSR, and general sales day to day practices.
- Excellent people handing skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a goal oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
