Job Description:

- Effective counselling of Learners/students about our products/services

Develop and implement an all encompassing educational and counselling plan with modern methods of mentoring

Foster equal opportunity practices and encourage students’ association

Conduct group or individual counselling sessions to assist students with problems or concerns

Submission of reports bringing improvement in business growth initiatives

Support junior level counselors with their targets and work with senior members to identify and manage risk

Achieving monthly/Weekly targets

Managing the learning experience of the learners.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, as well as any other regional language.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Business strategy skills and understanding terminologies
- Past experience in education domain
- Basic MS Office skills
- 2 or 4 wheeler driving skill will be added advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
