Starting with a small team in London and India, we now have 50+ core members and 30+ online staff. We focus on preparing students for success with online mock interview sessions. Recognized in the 'Asia Book of Records' and 'India Book of Records' for hosting the largest overseas education seminar, we are dedicated to achieving excellence in student support and guidance.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Student Counsellor located in Kochi. The Overseas Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing student counseling, conducting career counseling sessions, and assisting students in understanding educational options abroad. The role involves supporting students throughout the application process, maintaining effective communication, and offering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Education sector
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and individually
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
