**Job Overview**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Knowledge of Multicar Auto Spares, Inventory Management Strong knowledge of Multicar Vendors & suppliers.
- To ensure smooth and proper transaction of materials in stores
- To ensure and implement Inventory control measures
- To ensure daily basis procurement of spares from Vendors.
- To ensure Inventory control & Management as per requirement.
- Reconciliation and monitoring Invoices, Spares Pricing with Vendors.
- To prepare & monitor material shortage report, lease with purchase for procurement
- To ensure proper Receipt and issue of all material.
- To maintain documentation & records of parts Transaction
- Prepare and submit Inventory Analysis on regular basis
- Reconciliation of Mtrl Invoices with Suppliers, along with Quality issues.
- Any other task entrusted from time to time
**Desired Profile**:
- Proven experience in Multicar parts procurement and inventory management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with Vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
