**Position Overview**:
We are seeking proactive and dedicated Field Executives to join our on-ground operations team. This role is pivotal in executing field surveys, collecting voter data, and supporting various campaign activities. If you are passionate about politics and eager to make a tangible impact, this opportunity is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door surveys and collect accurate voter data.
- Engage with community members to understand local issues and sentiments.
- Assist in organizing and managing voter registration drives and political events.
- Coordinate with the data analysis team to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.
- Maintain detailed records of daily field activities and report progress to supervisors.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ( Marathi Compulsory)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
- Prior experience in fieldwork, surveys, or political campaigns is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
