Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the human resources operations of our company. The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws and

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct new employee orientations and coordinate onboarding activities
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on various HR topics, such as performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, health and safety, and privacy laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, and produce reports as needed
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Deep knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Trivandrum, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 1 year (preferred)
