**Position**: Executive Assistant to CEO

**Location**: Ankleshwar, Gujarat, India (Onsite)

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the event management industry.

**Salary**: As per market standards

**Key Responsibilities:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Strategic Coordination**:

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and task execution.
- Track key projects, deadlines, and deliverables to support the CEO in strategic decision-making.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and executing high-profile events, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders for seamless event execution.
- Monitor event timelines and budgets, reporting progress to the CEO.
- **Stakeholder and Client Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Support the CEO in preparing for client meetings and presentations.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis to provide insights for business growth.
- Compile data and reports on company performance, client feedback, and event outcomes.
- **Crisis Management and Problem-Solving**:

- Identify potential challenges and proactively provide solutions.
- Assist the CEO in managing unexpected situations during events or operations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal departments to align activities with the CEO’s directives.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the event management industry.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel and work extended hours as needed.
