We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Purchase Executive** to join our Procurement team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the procurement of goods and services as per company requirements.
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain price quotes, negotiate terms, and place orders.
- Track and maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as required.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain procurement-related documentation such as purchase orders and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and standards.
- Assist in preparing procurement reports and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., finance, operations) to facilitate smooth purchasing operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field).
- **Skills**:

- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- A willingness to learn and grow in procurement and supply chain management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
