- Must have minimum 5 years work experience as Accounts Excutive or similar role
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Must have Bachelors Degree
- Preparing Purchase Order & send to Supplier
- Preparing Receipt Note/Challans
- Follow up with Supplier regarding dispatch of material
- Booking Purchase Invoice
- Maintain Excel Sheet regarding received bills/Debit Note/Purchase register
- Maintain PO data in Excel
- Day-to-day reporting to Head Of Department towards updates of PO/Purchase Bills/Received materials
- Checking Bills as per material received & prepare debit note

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
