**Job Title**: R&D Chemist / R&D Executive / R&D Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform lab-scale experiments, formulation development, and sample preparation.
- Conduct testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Analyze results using analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, etc.
- Maintain accurate lab notebooks, data records, and technical documentation.
- Assist in scaling up laboratory processes to pilot and production scale.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Production, and other departments.
- Support process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline.
- [0-5] years of experience in R&D or formulation lab (depending on seniority).
- Strong understanding of chemical handling, formulation techniques, and lab safety.
- Familiarity with analytical instruments and interpretation of data.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry: e.g., pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, paints, cosmetics, specialty chemicals].
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (e.g., ISO, GMP, GLP).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
