1. Guest Services: Ensuring that the resort provides exceptional guest services, including check-in and check-out, concierge services, and guest relations.
2. Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote the resort and increase occupancy and revenue.
3. Food and Beverage: Managing the food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service, ensuring that they provide high-quality food and beverage offerings and excellent service.
4. Housekeeping: Managing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that the resort is clean, well maintained, and meets the hospitality industry's high standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
5. Maintenance: Managing the maintenance operations, ensuring that the resort's facilities and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order.
6. Administration: Managing the administrative functions of the resort, including finance, human resources, and IT, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and compliant with all laws and regulations.
7. Revenue Management: Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including pricing and inventory management.
8. Team Management: Managing and developing a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring that they are properly trained, motivated, and engaged to deliver exceptional guest experiences
**Salary**: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
