We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, resolving their queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping others,
**Role & responsibilities**:
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Assist customers with product/service inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide clear solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide effective support.
- Record and update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensu**re their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
- Work efficiently to meet performance metrics, such as call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products, policies, and customer service techniques.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- Strong Problem-Solving Abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
- Patience and Empathy, with the ability to stay calm and focused in challenging situations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and CRM software (experience with [specific CRM tools] is a plus).
- Attention to Detail and accuracy in handling customer requests and data.
- Ability to work in a night shift schedule.
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred but is not mandatory.
