**About the Role**

We are seeking a warm, young, presentable, and customer-focused **Female Showroom Greeter** to be the first point of contact for jewelry showroom visitors. As the face of the brand, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued, and guiding them smoothly to the right department or sales associate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers with a professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor.
- Provide initial assistance, answer basic queries, and direct customers to sales staff.
- Maintain a guest logbook and coordinate walk-ins, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Assist in crowd management during peak hours and special events.
- Ensure the reception and entry area are always clean, organized, and brand-aligned.
- Offer refreshments or basic hospitality as per showroom standards.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding customer needs.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department if required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
