About the Role

We are seeking a warm, young, presentable, and customer-focused Female Showroom Greeter to be the first point of contact for jewelry showroom visitors. As the face of the brand, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued, and guiding them smoothly to the right department or sales associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor.
  • Provide initial assistance, answer basic queries, and direct customers to sales staff.
  • Maintain a guest logbook and coordinate walk-ins, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in crowd management during peak hours and special events.
  • Ensure the reception and entry area are always clean, organized, and brand-aligned.
  • Offer refreshments or basic hospitality as per showroom standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding customer needs.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
