Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Executive Support:
Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.

Administrative Assistance:
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Coordinate and schedule team meetings, conferences, and events.

Handle expense reporting and reconciliation for executives.

Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth.

Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations as needed.

Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Communication Liaison:
Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and other internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all communications and interactions.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role is highly desirable.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.

**Salary**: 14k to 18k depending on skill sets
