**Job Descriptions**

**Position -Test Sitting Administrator**

The job involves being part of the operational aspects of an Examination administration, which would involve the following:

- Pre-exam coordination with vendors / suppliers for furniture / audio-visual, security agency
- Pre-exam coordination with exam-day temporary staff e.g. invigilators etc.
- Exam hall set-up as per a defined Standard Operating Procedure (SoP) that would include making the exam hall ready for examination conditions including furniture setup, stationery items, audio visual setup and other similar requirements that are detailed in the SoP document
- Setting up of pre-exam computer based registration area with adequate seating, computer systems etc.
- Manage exam material including receiving, counting, documentation etc.
- Completing documentation / reports linked to the exam using standard forms and tables
- Checking of exam set up from all aspects as per the SoP
- Being responsible for handling company material including laptops, camera, mobile phones and other material
- Any other related matters and activities as required for the completion of the job and as required by Company.
- be able to make announcements to exam takers using a pre-printed script.
- provide training to temporary staff and provide
- be responsible for exam material and its custody, before, during and after the exams
- be able to perform internal audit and checks as per standardised documents and audit template
- be able to participate in administrative activities including financial negotiations
- be able to take independent responsibilities of different aspects of exam management, both on the exam venue and in the office

**The applicant must**:

- be a Graduate
- be a Male/Female Member.
- Preferably age Should be 25-35 Years of age
- at least 5 years of working experience in a service sector
- possess Basic English communication skills is a MUST as per the below broad description given below:
**General Ability**: Can use a good range of English effectively for all practical needs and personal conversations.

**Reading skills**: Can read articles and reports concerned with contemporary problems in which the writers adopt particular attitudes or viewpoints. Can understand contemporary literary prose

**Listening skills**: Can understand extended speech and lectures and follow even complex lines of argument provided the topic is reasonably familiar. Can understand most TV news and current affairs programmes and majority of films in standard dialect

**Speaking skills**: Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible. Can take an active part in discussion in familiar contexts, accounting for and sustaining ones views

**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
