Job OverviewSalesforce Field Service QA professionals are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce Field Service implementations, configurations, and integrations.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee feature completeness and functionalityParticipate in requirement reviews to provide QA insights and testability feedbackSupport regression testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)Identify, document, and track defects and issues using tools like Jira or Azure DevOpsEnsure testing aligns with Salesforce best practices, release schedules, and business objectivesWork on test data creation and environment validation to support accurate and efficient test cyclesRequirements:5+ years of QA experience, including 1–2 years testing Salesforce Field Service or Salesforce Service CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, validation rules, and process automationExperience testing mobile experiences related to field service use casesFamiliarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systemsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
