Lab Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lab Administrator to manage daily operations of our R&D and testing laboratories. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of lab activities, proper documentation, equipment maintenance, and support to technical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain laboratory records, calibration logs, and sample documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement of lab supplies, consumables, and equipment servicing.
• Schedule and track testing activities to ensure timely completion.
• Support R&D and technical teams in experiment setup and data recording.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab areas.
• Prepare regular reports on lab performance, inventory, and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in lab administration or technical support (preferably in a manufacturing or testing environment).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with lab safety and ISO procedures is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
