As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for energetic and persuasive Field Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You will represent Utsav Studios on the field, showcasing our services, packages, and creative portfolio to prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach potential clients (wedding planners, event organizers, venues, individuals).
- Pitch Utsav Studios' photography and videography services and convert inquiries into sales.
- Conduct field visits to event venues, bridal expos, and networking events to promote services.
- Maintain and develop relationships with event venues, wedding planners, and other industry partners.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports on lead status, visits, and conversions.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven field sales or B2B / B2C sales experience (media/photography/events industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kolkata/W.B.
- Basic understanding of photography and videography trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in local language and English.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred).
